Smith & Wesson second model safety hammerless revolver with original factory box. Serial number 92052*, denoting a gun that was returned to the factory for repair or refinishing. 3" barrel. Gun has excellent factory finish with some minor rust spotting on the cylinder and frame immediately around the cylinder. Excellent blue on triggerguard and case color on trigger. Hard rubber grips are excellent, free of cracks and chips. Original box is numbered in pencil on the bottom to the gun, condition is fair to good overall with very good end label, slight lifting of pebbled paper due to water, two tears on the bottom that are stable, a tear in the top that doesn't show from outside, and edge pieces that stick up absent from 3 sides of the bottom. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
