Marlin "XXX STANDARD 1872" .30 caliber rimfire revolver. 3" round ribbed barrel. Metal parts show signs of having been cleaned with a medium patina and some original blue on the barrel. Wood grips are good with wear to the high points and some added finish. Hammer has spring tension and cylinder revolves, but hammer only holds if trigger is held forward, possibly a sear spring. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
