Ballard 41 caliber iron frame single shot derringer. Serial number 610. 2-3/4" part octagon, part round barrel. Metal parts have a gray patina overall with faint marking and some scattered pitting. Wood grips are good, being worn overall, free of cracks and chips. Hammer cocks, but spring tension is weak. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
