Sklar, San Francisco flare pistol. 8" barrel, bore of about 1-3/8" diameter. Serial numbered 76181, and marked PT1147. Metal parts have fine parkerized finish overall. Hammer spur chipped off. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
