Smith & Wesson 1st Model, 2nd Issue .22 caliber revolver. Serial number 73801. Frame retains most of the smoothly patinated original plated finish with some wear on the edges. Barrel and cylinder have a medium gray patina with light uncleaned old rust. Wood grips have some of the original vanish with a hairline crack on the right side. Hammer cocks and cylinder revolves, cylinder stop is weak and allows the cylinder to rotate backward when hammer is released. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
