Continental percussion powder tester. About 8-1/2" overall. Toothed wheel is marked with number graduations on one side and "AV NEVE BRISACK LEIGNIAC" on other. Metal parts have a dark uncleaned patina. Stock is nicely shaped, has some little nicks in the lock mortise and a lateral crack in front of lock. Hammer cocks but spring tension is weak. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
