Single shot 32 rimfire caliber derringer marked on barrel "MERWIN & BRAY/NEW YORK". Serial number 797. Flayderman 8A-076. 3-5/8" octagon barrel. Metal parts have a medium patina overall with a little light pitting on the barrel. Wood grips are good, showing average wear and use overall with a little abrasion to the edge of the grip and some minuscule corner nicks. Hammer has spring tension, but only cocks if trigger is held forward, probably a sear spring. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
