Sharps .50-70 conversion carbine. Serial number 82330. Metal parts have a brown patina overall and show honest use. There is a slight vise mark on the forward part of the frame and rear of the forearm. Stocks show moderate wear and use, the buttstock being refinished smooth with the slightest trace of the banner cartouche in the middle of the left side. Has a few scattered moderate handling marks, a small worn chip by the rear of the ring bar, some old worn chipping behind the barrel band, and an old worn chip on the right side of the forearm by the frame. Six-groove barrel with a fine bore. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
