C1820 percussion conversion secondary martial pistol by Ketland & Co., as marked on lock. 7-7/8" barrel of about .58 caliber bore. Also marked "LONDON" on barrel with British proofs. Metal parts have a dark patina overall with a little pitting by the bolster. Stock is very good, has a crack by the lock screw, under the lock mortise and the forearm tip. Has a small piece missing above the rear of the lock and a couple small chips by the stock pins. Missing ramrod. Hammer clicks but does not have mainspring tension. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
