French Gendarme style flintlock pistol. 6-3/8" round barrel of about .69 caliber bore. "G" proof on right barrel flat and numeral "20" stamped in stock opposite lock; otherwise unmarked. Metal parts are cleaned to a light gray with light granular pitting overall. Stock shows average wear and use overall with expected minor handling marks and a long crack in the right side of the forearm that was glued. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
