"UNION", as marked on top of barrel, 22 caliber single shot derringer. Serial number 226. 2-5/8" round barrel. Metal parts have very fine nickel finish overall, mixing with medium brown patina. Wood grips are very good, showing light use and handling, free of cracks and chips. Mechanically good except mainspring is a little weak, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
