C1820-30 flintlock militia musket for restoration. 39-1/2" round barrel of .69 caliber equipped with bayonet lug on top of barrel. Metal parts have a rich untouched patina overall. Lock, sideplate, lock bolts, wrist inlay, ramrod, and sling swivels are absent. Stock is nicely checkered in the wrist, has a nice patina overall with minor expected handling marks, small diagonal grain crack where the sideplate would be, has some little chips around the barrel tang and a couple small chips from the lock mortise. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
