Unusual pistol gripped percussion target rifle. 34" octagon barrel of 1-3/16" weight and about .40 caliber bore. Has round turned muzzle. Equipped with globe front sight and no rear sight. Barrel has a medium patina, other parts lightly cleaned at some point. Has ovoid patchbox in right side of butt and star inlay in left side cheekrest. Walnut halfstock is good, may have been lightly cleaned, has a couple cracks in the left side of the forearm, small sliver from the lock mortise, and some handling marks in the right side of the butt. Mechanically good with set triggers, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
