early Smith & Wesson No. 2 "Old Model Army" .32 revolver. Serial number 4513. 6" ribbed octagon barrel with maker marking on rib, additional patent marking on cylinder. Sides of frame have about 40% original blue finish, other areas are a medium plumb patina. Wood grips show wear and handling with some minor corner nicks and a small nick on the right grip edge. Good early Civil War period revolver. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
