Smith & Wesson double action first model large frame revolver. Serial number 6771. 44 caliber, 1.41" cylinder length, 0.45" cylinder bore rear, 0.43" cylinder bore front. Metal parts have a medium to dark patina overall with scattered light pitting. Hard rubber grips are good, showing expected wear and use but free of cracks and chips. Action functions but extractor does not. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
