Smith & Wesson .38 caliber double action revolver. 3-1/4" ribbed round barrel with maker and patent markings on rib. Metal parts are a brown patina with somewhat granular surfaces. Replacement wood grips are good. Trigger operates the action but cylinder does not index perfectly, hammer does not cock as single action. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
