C1750 large flintlock horsepistol. 11" octagon barrel transitioning to round, bore about .75 caliber, about 18-1/4" overall. Metal parts have an uneven light to dark patina with light pitting present. Two screws are absent from triggerguard. Stock is border carved with tails around rear of lock, barrel tang, and triggerguard. Wood shows moderate wear and use overall with well-worn handling marks and several lateral cracks to left side of forearm near muzzle, a sliver missing from left forearm edge, and small piece at forearm tip on left side. Lock is internally functional, frizzen spring is very weak. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
