French Year 13 percussion military pistol. Cartouched with date of 1848. 8" barrel. Metal parts cleaned to a light gray with scattered darker spots. Stock shows average wear with light to moderate handling marks, and a small crack by the lock bolt going underneath the sideplate. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
