Colt M1860 .44 caliber Army model revolver. 4-screw frame variant. Serial number 14332, matching except antique wedge numbered 009. Contract model with faint inspector cartouche in left grip. Well-marked barrel and cylinder with partial roll-engraved scene. Metal parts are a light to medium gray overall with a slightly granular texture overall and some dings on the barrel from careless removal of the wedge. Grip is very good, showing average wear and use overall with minor handling marks and a couple corner nicks. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
