Hopkins & Allen "Dictator" 32 rimfire revolver. Marked on top of frame "HOPKINS & ALLEN M'F'G Co/DICTATOR./PAT.MAY.27.79". Metal parts have fine original nickel finish with overall speckling. Fancy checkered hard rubber grips are fine, free of cracks and chips, showing expected wear and use. Functions mechanically but cylinder stop is weak and doesn't index perfectly. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
