"DICTATOR", as marked on top of frame, .32 rimfire caliber spur trigger revolver by Hopkins & Allen. 2-5/8" round barrel. Metal parts have some bright original nickel finish mixing with light patina and freckles of darker patina. Fancy hard rubber grips are fine, having one small nick at rear of left panel. Trigger and hammer striker is absent. Hammer has spring tension and cylinder sometimes revolves, but does not cock. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
