W.W.Greener "The Trap Gun" double barrel shotgun with period modified crossover stock. Serial number 25775. 10 gauge, 30" barrels. Marked on each lock "W.W.GREENER" and on barrel rib "W.W.GREENER. 'THE TRAP GUN'. 68 HAYMARKET LONDON". Metal parts have fine scroll engraving, with a light salt-and-pepper gray patina overall. Right barrel has a small ding about 6" back from the muzzle. Buttplate is a checkered steel replacement. Stock has a "crossover" cast for a cross-dominant eyed shooter modified during period of use, showing average wear and use with a couple minor nicks in the forearm edges and a small chip behind the joint where the stock is modified. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
