Winchester M1886 .40-65 rifle. Serial number 56626. Made in 1891. 26" octagon barrel. Metal parts have an attractive light patina overall with good markings. Stocks appear to have been lightly refinished, free of cracks, showing scattered light handling marks with a couple deeper marks on the stock comb. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
