Flobert action single shot cartridge rifle. Proofed on left side of barrel with "22.L" marking, marked "BELGIUM" on underside of barrel with serial number 2396. 32-1/4" barrel with fine original blue finish. Other parts are brown patina with scattered rust. Stock is cracked in the wrist area, showing only a little play, with a small chip behind the frame tang. Otherwise stock is free of cracks with old finish present and some wear on high points, handling marks, and a worn small chip in the toe of the butt. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
