Smith & Wesson first model, second issue .22 caliber revolver. Serial number 51194. Maker marked on top of barrel and patent marked on cylinder. Frame has fine tarnished original silver finish, barrel and cylinder have a smooth plumb patina. Wood grips are very good, showing wear to the edges and having a hairline crack on the left side. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
