scarce Starr Arms Co., 36 caliber "Navy" DA revolver. Serial number 2969. 6" round barrel. Only about 3000 produced. Metal parts show partial maker and patent markings on either side of the frame, with gray to brown patina overall with scattered pitting. Hammer spur has been filed down during the period. Wood grip has been cleaned and trimmed on the butt with a sliver missing on the right side. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
