Continental cartridge tip-up pistol. Marked on bottom of barrel "J.LECLERC/BREVETTE". 5-3/4" octagon barrel of about 0.23" bore, about 11" overall. Nicely engraved metal parts with a medium to dark patina overall. Upper frame tang is cracked. Rear sight absent. Grip is finely checkered and exhibits only light use, free of cracks and chips. Mechanically good, does not have half cock, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
