C1750-70 Dutch-Germanic flintlock musket. 40-1/2" barrel. Iron parts have a medium to dark patina overall with minimal light pitting in the barrel breech area. Brass parts were cleaned at some point. Stock is good, showing cracks in front of the lock, by the lock bolts, and by middle band spring. Functions mechanically, but with half cock in a position not allowing the frizzen to close because hammer is a period replacement. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
