Harpers Ferry M1795 Type IV percussion conversion musket dated 1816 on lock. Nicely marked lock, barrel proofs faintly visible. Metal parts have a dark patina overall with some pitting present in the barrel breech area. Stock is good, showing even wear and use overall, has a small sliver missing to left of barrel tang and an old worn depression in left side of butt. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
