Forehand and Wadsworth sidehammer single barrel 12 gauge shotgun. 32" barrel marked "-FINE DECARBONIZED STEEL-". Barrel has a pleasing brown patina, other parts show original nickel finish, wearing through and speckled with patina. Hammer spur shows evidence of having been welded. Stocks are good, showing wear and numerous minor handling marks, small well-worn flake missing behind right side of action and an old cracked repaired well with two screws on left side of wrist. Mechanically good, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
