Parker Brothers fancy grade damascus hammered double. Serial number 59208. 30" barrels, 12 gauge. Engraved on locks "PARKER BROS" and marked on barrel rib "PARKER BROS MAKERS. MERIDEN CONN. DAMASCUS STEEL." Barrels are cleaned to a light gray with damascus pattern visible with slight granular surfaces. Locks are engraved with field scenes and birds, underside of frame has a large vignette of a pheasant in flight. Buttstock is showing average wear and use with small chips in the lock mortises, and small nick on butt comb. Original hard rubber buttplate and pistol grip cap in good condition showing wear. Forearm is a replacement from another model, showing slight wobble, but generally functional. One hammer is a replacement. Mechanically good but hammers are a little loose, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
