American "Hero" style single shot percussion pistol. Unmarked except for serial number 73 on bottom of frame. About 3-1/4" round barrel, about 6-1/4" overall. Metal parts have an uneven brown patina and some pitting around the nipple. Wood grips are fair, showing a crack on the right side. Hammer has strong spring tension but does not cock. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
