Diminutive unmarked percussion boxlock pistol. Only marks are a Crown-R proof and 18 on bottom of frame by barrel. 1" round turn-off barrel, about 4-1/2" overall. Metal parts are nicely engraved with light gray surfaces overall. Shell-shaped cap box in butt. Fancy walnut burl grip has been cracked and repaired, showing some well-disguised filler near the frame. Mechanically good, but caution must be used to not damage grip when cocking. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
