Continental flintlock belt pistol. Unmarked except for ELG* proof on left barrel flat. 8-1/2" octagon barrel of about .66 caliber bore, about 14" overall. Metal parts have a dark patina overall with simple floral engraving and some pitting on the barrel. Stock is good overall, has a few minor cracks opposite the lock and a piece of wood nicely replaced on each forearm edge, but has an attractive appearance with nice checkering in the wrist. Mechanically good except releases from half cock, sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
